What it is
The lottery draws prizes among connected players at regular intervals. Tickets raise the odds and prizes are claimed from a mailbox, so nobody loses a vehicle for being in the middle of a firefight. Everything is configurable: frequency, prizes, weights and cooldowns.
How it works

The draw is announced
The bot says how long is left and who is in. Online players enter automatically.

Tickets add weight
Buying tickets raises the odds. VIPs can get configurable bonuses.

The winner claims
The prize waits in their mailbox. They claim it with @claim_lottery once they are somewhere safe.
